Abstract

|
The purpose of this study is to understand the critical role of customers’ perceived service justices in relationship marketing. This paper examined the relationships of service justices with relationship quality and student satisfaction, and investigated the effects of relationship quality and satisfaction on student’ voluntary behaviors in a social exchange perspective. Data were collected from 190 collage students at a private university located in Taegu, Korea. The empirical results indicated that distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice takes strong effect on student satisfaction.
